Online Registration

The Online Registration component allows you to free yourself from all those paper forms and start accepting player registrations with the web browser.  Combine this with the secure online payment features of QuickLeague and you can substantially reduce the amount of time and people required to administer your league.

• Allow players to fill out and submit their registration form over the internet
• Accept payment from players over the internet using MasterCard or Visa
• Track and report on all payments being made online
• Registration and payment information is secured with a 128 bit encryption key

Game Scheduling

The QuickLeague Game Scheduling component allows you to schedule an entire season in a fraction of the time that it would normally take to do it by hand.  The Game Scheduler will create game match-ups and make field assignments based on criteria that you specify. 

• Create the game schedule for the season through a single click user interface that allows you to set up your season in minutes rather than hours or days
• Automatically create game match-ups for each team assigned to the season
• Automatically assign fields based on reservations defined in the Facility Manager
• Automatically schedule games around "black out" dates defined for the team
• Game schedules are automatically published to your web site
• Specify and control the number of games assigned to a team per week

Season/League Management

• Create an unlimited number of seasons
• Define the leagues that will play during a season
• Specify the start and end date for a league
• Define minimum and maximum age for a league
• Define the number of games the teams will play during a season
• Specify the player registration amount for a league 
• Assign league directors for the season.  Track name, address, email address and more.
• Monitor the season through an innovative management console.  View information such as the number of games played, number of games that need to be scheduled, etc.

Facility Management

• Use facility manager to create the time slots that a game can be played
• Manage all of the time slots for your leagues so you cannot double book a facility
• View all open or used time slots available for a facility through a comprehensive calendar display
• Use the Quick Reserve feature to setup game slots for the entire season by specifying time ranges.  For example, "reserve two one hour game from 6pm to 8pm every friday night during the season"
• Use the Single reservation feature to customize a single game slot

Game Management

• Create an unlimited number of games for each season
• Assign home and visitor teams
• Enter game scores online or allow coaches or umpires to enter results
• Assign the place and time for the game
• Cancel games and track the reason for a cancellation
• Auto cancel all games for a field in the case of a rainout
• Choose from a simple pick list of unused time slots when you re-schedule cancelled games
• Automatically notify coaches, players, and league directors when a game is cancelled or rescheduled

Team Management

• Create an unlimited number of teams per season
• Track the coaches for a team.  Information such as name, address, SSN, etc can be tracked for each coach
• Assign an unlimited number of players to a team
• Track player details such as name, address, date of birth, etc.
• Auto assign players to a team based on schools, preferred leagues, age range, and many other criteria
• Keep track of the dates that a team is not available to play
